If you are
a High School SENIOR and have not heard from at least 20 colleges and had at least 10 phone calls from coaches, the recruiting
window for you is beginning to close. Coaches are already reducing their recruiting list. It's NOT too late
to get your name out to college coaches.
Recruiting and You:
Fact #1
Right now, thousands of college coaches are searching for athletes
but lack the resources to locate them.
Fact #2
College coaches may begin recruiting athletes as early as their freshman
year in high school. You should be receiving mailings regularly from college coaches. If that is not happening,
you are NOT being seriously recruited.
Fact #3
College coaches call prospects as soon as NCAA rules permit them
to do so. If coaches are not calling you, you are NOT being seriously recruited.
Fact #4
You cannot expect to be recruited by college coaches unless they
know WHO you are and WHERE you are.
THE ONLY REASONS WHY ATHLETES
ARE NOT RECRUITED:
1. The student lacks the
athletic or academic ability to compete in college.
2. Too few college coaches
know about the student athlete.
Which is it in
your case?
You have only
one chance to be recruited - don't waste it!
